(Upcoming) Web Support

Hello! 

You can play on web now! The web build is essentially version 0.7.0, but with a few changes...

Post Processing is disabled, so it can run a bit better on lower end devices.

The 4th level is unavailable, it uses a bunch of particles and ray casts so I figured it would be better to not include it. Again this is for performance. 

Probably a few more things I forgot about, but mostly things about performance. 

The web build will be available once I redo the entire goddamn movement script as web browsers don't like it.
